When it was time to go we took a boat from Gili Meno to Gili Trawangan.
The boat from Gili Trawangan took ages to get to Padang Bai. I spent most of the time reading a book over Dad’s shoulder. When we arrived we walked to the place we had been staying last time we were there then we were picked up by a taxi driver and driven halfway across the island to the Monkey Forest in Ubud where we saw lots of monkeys.
After which we went to a restaurant where I ordered some delicious duck. I met a very friendly old gentleman and we had a nice talk.
